1. Use of the App

SecurePass is designed for personal use as a password manager. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. No Liability for Data Loss

Since SecurePass does not store or transmit your data externally, we are not responsible for any loss of passwords due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other factors.

3. Security Responsibilities

While SecurePass provides encryption and security features, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and backup copies of their data.

4. No Support for Illegal Use

You may not use SecurePass for any unlawful purposes, including unauthorized access to third-party accounts.

5. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
